Managing Director, Ian Thompson has an extensive history in property & finance. Originally in key Westpac management positions in Taranaki, Auckland & Christchurch until 1998, followed by 20 years of direct development & investment property transactions, primarily based in the South Island.

Since 2008 Ian has consulted on property for the Private and Crown sectors with a heavy focus on residential subdivisions and portfolio property management.  TML differentiates itself in the market by offering a combination of ‘hands on’ experience, professional discipline and knowledge.
